I will be running a double bass clinic for the attendees of the RNCM Young Double Basses, where I will be checking set ups and giving advice on maintenance, and discussing my job making double basses.

RNCM Young Basses is a series of free workshops on playing the double bass. It is a chance to meet other bassists and get expert tuition and advice on a range of topics.

Young Basses is a series of six workshops on playing the double bass, free to anyone of school age. Sessions will be hosted by Geth Griffith and Rachel Meerloo.

At each workshop there will be sessions on jazz, orchestral, solo and chamber playing. Each workshop runs from 10am – 1pm. Admissions is free.
